Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

computer lost communication with Rx. comms fixed before we logged into investigate. At ~22-12-14 23:40:00 Computer likely lost connection to receiver causing no CSQ, CSS and Radial files to form. At time of writing, communication seems to be restored and files are now forming correctly. Roarty + Stolarz
